How would you like to feel happier, more connected to other people, healthier, more generous, better able to take in new information, less stressed about time pressures, and less caught up in the pursuit of materialism?


If you thought, “Heck, yeah!” I have good news for you. According to a growing body of research, all these positive outcomes are readily available to anyone, anywhere, any time. They happen when we have experiences that fill us with awe.


At this point, you might have some questions, such as:

Who researches awe? How is it possible for an emotional experience to affect my life? What is awe, exactly, and how do I get more of it in my life?


Good questions! During the Awe-some month of August, we will dive deep into the amazing, wondrous, inspiring, surprising, challenging, powerful, and sometimes frightening experience of awe, so stay tuned!
