WHAT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE?
Monarch provides individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation for children and adults who are troubled by anxiety, struggling with the effects of difficult events, or feel overwhelmed by stress.
DO YOU OFFER ONLINE THERAPY?
Some teletherapy services are available if needed. All intake appointments are carried out in-person for new clients. At this initial session, the therapist will work with the client to assess needs and develop a plan for addressing them.
WHAT IS AN INTAKE APPOINTMENT?
The intake is a time for you to meet the therapist and discuss your concerns. You will have forms to fill out which will ensure the therapist has all the information necessary for an accurate and efficient assessment of your needs.
ARE SERVICES CONFIDENTIAL?
All interactions with Monarch staff are private and confidential. This includes content of sessions, records, and scheduling details. If there are situations in which a client may present a clear and imminent danger to themselves or others, staff members are required to report this information to proper authorities for the protection of the client and the community. Details about confidentiality will be discussed at the intake appointment.
